Refunds for Merchandise

Apparel and Accessories: If you’re not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact.

Refunds for Services

Esports Tournaments: Refund requests for tournament registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team at support@54kgaming.com with your request, including the reason for your refund. We will review your request promptly.

Coaching Services: Refunds for coaching services are also considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the coaching you’ve received, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assess your request.
